Maintaining sash windows and adjusting balances has in the past been tricky and time consuming.

Ecotilt™ windows are supplied with Mighton Assisted Lift™ Balances as standard giving up to 70% assistance to overcome the inertia of the sash.

Fitted to these are our patented Ultrashoe™ which brings a new dimension to applying tension to spring and spiral balances. Open the sash on its pivot. Insert screwdriver and turn until desired tension is achieved. Close the sash and tensioning up is done in no time at all.

The tilting sashes can also be quickly and easily removed for any other maintenance jobs such as repair or painting.
